Have you checked into their capital expenditures?

How much plant is being used for production and how much is idle? How heavily are they investing in new facilities and new process equipment? How have their capital expenditures tracked quarter to quarter?

When Intel moves to a new production process and technology and others do not then I would think that would be a positive for their stock.
Also how does IBM compare in P/E to INTC, it make similar capital investments?
