The Kosavar are trying to sever off a large section of Yugoslavia ,what would we do if the Cubans in Florida did this or the Mexicans did this in Texas or Southern California or the Japanese decided to sever off British Columbia or the Russians wanted Alaska ,Are you telling me the US or CAN would just say help yourself .
