Jon, Thank you for noticing ITVU. I mentioned it Thursday to the thread without much response. I shorted it four different times on Thursday, covered all, and made a month's salary even though it closed at its high. I think it will make an excellent longer term short some time next week. I think shorting the morning gap is an excellent plan.

Jon, I think ITVU is an excellent short on Monday. Three things weigh against the stock at current level:

1. The upcoming 2.5 MM shares offering. Traders will most likely get out of this speculative issue and many will go short as we approach pricing time. My guess is the secondary will be priced no higher than low 40s. BTW, this is the second secondary, one was done less than a year ago.

2. In light on the YHOO buyout of BCST, speculation is running around that ITVU could be a takeover candidate. This is not going to happen, the CFO stated loud and clear last week that the company is not in talks with anyone. If they were, they wouldn't have announced a secondary.

3. The current hype in video streaming will fade much like the internet telephony commotion last year, once WS shifts interest away from it, ITVU will drop and drop hard. Take a look at the net telephony stocks for some guidance.

Regards,

Tom
