robert...i meant what i said...and said what i meant... "ibm in waiting" not used as a term of derision...it is what i perceived cpq/dec to be, and i held one hellavu lot of cpq long.... 5fer failed to execute as promised...to much emphasis on the low end, no vision on the profitable end....i was long cpq from 96...final exit in feb 99...made money, but future is dell...good luck, ed a p.s....also have owned big blue for many years...exited last year...future is dell....and emc...
