I guess thats why I don't share any parnoia on this stock..with anyone. My presumption is that the "medical world" puts a whole bunch of hoops in your way. These hoops are trials and approvals. My basic assumption is that if you pass all of the trials, you have produced enough data to support the hteory that the drug is;

1) not harmfull
2) much better than a placebo
3) effective based on a "head count"

Assuming this is correct, than HC and FDA take the data that is collected, which must be a direct reflection of the trials, which they outline as needed to get approval...and must adhere to the needs of those approving agencies...then assuming all of this the HC than checks the data to ensure that it did adhere and passed....and they rubber stamp it!

Realizing my vocation is mining stocks...is this not reasonable? So the lack of information available to you, at the moment, may have more to do with patents, copyright, secrecy, industrial espionage than anything else.

Just like the story, long on DMX unless I find one good reason not to be!

Jeff,

Thanks for your comments. Actually you piqued my interest with the mention of Hemosol and SYB. I have heard of both but never really delved too much into either.

In some respects we are fighting the same battle - My focus is infection and outbreak control in long-term care facilities and hospitals. I've participated in some of the more recent (last few years) large outbreaks in Toronto... the Cyclospora outbreaks and the Hepatitis B outbreak potentially linked to a doctor's practice ... both quite interesting - and troubling too.

Are you following any of the new drugs being tested for influenza? .... There is a potential huge market. I know one was recently used in an flu O/B in a nursing home here is Toronto - have no idea how it worked.

I would be interested in chatting by PM - so as not to get off topic on this thread.

BTW - meant to mention that DMX now has an additional Investor Relation's person (can not remember his name, but he has been with DMX for some time in another capacity).... Peter has been really busy the last few days preparing for a presentation down in the US ..... which is why I suspect he has been slow in responding to you.

Thanks again for your feedback - appreciated.
