Apologies to all for indirectly leading the Ampex discussion astray with my reference to morning glory seeds However, It was strictly a Sixties reference, and I certainly donÕt recommend anyone, other than barnyard animals, partake in ingesting this deceptive looking plant.
This year weÕre actually planting some along the back fence, if only to discourage the neighborhood rugrats from climbing on it. They sure do look nice.
But all joking aside, if anyone offers you some Òflying saucersÓ, or a handful of Òwedding bellsÓ, Just sayÓNOÓ. I didnÕt realize that the plant is actually banned in some states. So whatÕs next? Nutmeg? (heh, heh).
