Re: Equity Puts. This is what i got from their quarterly earnings reports. All prices are pre-split of course.

1. March 31, 1998---46million o/s---prices between 67-70
2. June 30, 1998 ---60m --- 72-77
3. Sept 30, 1998 ---75m --- 76-78
4. Dec. 31,1998 ---75m --- 87-89

They have increased their selling last September quarter, which might actually be a sale in the first week of July. That is probably when they issue most of the equity puts at the start of their new fiscal year. I guess they are even issueing in the other quarters (to replace the expiring ones) as the average excercise prices are changing each quarter--in particular the upper number (ie in Dec/98-- 89 for example)
