Here's a twist on classical charting that I have found useful.

CUBE has had 4 meaningful rallies, and is currently in its 4th meaningful decline, each with the following results:

rally 1 = +888%
decline 1 = -70%
rally 2 = +133%
decline 2 = -67%
rally 3 = +109%
decline 3 = -62%
rally 4 = +133%
decline 4 = -44% so far.

To this point, no rally has been able to penetrate a previous high, so by classical definition the trend is still down. However, in percentage terms the last rally was of greater magnitude the the previous, and the last decline was more mild than the previous. I have found that this change in trend in percentage terms often precedes a change in trend in actual prices. As long as this decline reverses before a drop of 62%, the expectation is that the next rally will surpass the previous high above 30. Not a guarantee, just an observation.
