Sword....PLEASE TRY TO REMAIN LEVEL HEADED...... One week you go off the deep end slamming TSIG.... the next week you are its most fervent protector questioning the motives of any one who has a bad word to say. Now I'm not going to question your intentions, but I will say PLEASE....PLEASE....refrain from these wild mood swings..... Raising issues for or against is fine.... Points and counterpoints is fine. I have no problem with Ditch's posts other than the frequency with which they are made... that is TOO FREQUENTLY. Belaboring points gets to be annoying and NOT constructive. Both your posts and MskiHntr regarding the 10-k have been very helpful. I encourage you to summarize your findings IN PLAIN ENGLISH from the portions of the text of the 10-k the clauses you found that qualify the terms of the PP. The language of contracts really is written for lawyers to minimize interpretation but is actually quite dumbfounding to those without JD's. I personally look forward to Marty's report after his trip to St. Pete's. I have spoken to Marty several times on the phone and don't believe that in anyway he has been disingenuine with me. Now...again I ask you to please CHILL Please refrain from questioning motives. Please refrain from antagonistically engaging posters with whom you disagree. Especially refrain from personal comments and attacks. I'd suggest also that EVERYONE just basically ignore "tide Glider" because this person obviously doesn't have the wherewithal to make any contributions one way or another, and also please continue judiciously to react to other negative statements with thoughtful statements as to where the company is going based on news that has transpired since the end of last year as you've already done.
