Zeev,

Thank you for your input.

I also noted that you were brought here because of these issues.

However, in my opinion, the impact of this PP may have already been accounted for in the depressed price of this equity despite the events that have transpired which would normally drive equity prices.
Again the clauses in the PP have to be further elaborated upon and the full extent of the PP needed has to be determined.

Also regarding, the terms of PP's an their impacts upon companies, with "bb's" that don't report many of these terms aren't fully disclosed. Many non-reporting bb's don't reveal their dirty sheets until they become reporting and stable. Seems to be the more light drawn to these agreements actually can adversely have have negative impact upon share holder confidence and in turn undermine price further. TSIG for better or worse should be commended for revealing the terms.

Someone also mentioned an example of KANA....Don't know anything about it.

However, we have read your prior posts and we have read Ditch's many many posts regarding these issues. Maybe if you feel inclined to check back in on the thread every 2 weeks as a slap in the face ...that would be fine....but to be incessant like Ditch tends to undermine your cautionary advice.

All I have ever asked for from any poster is an attempt at a balanced
perspective. Ditch has not been obliging. If you don't feel this company is worth your energy or efforts to warrant doing any research upon, again please don't react to people egging you on to explain or justify your motivations. Please move on to other topics for your advice has ALREADY been duly noted and recorded.

Sincerely,

z

Zeev, Thanks for the explanation and reference on outcomes of other stocks involved with PPs.

Even more reason for us investors in TSIG.com to understand how this is going to be resolved, and to eliminate the need for the PP.

Zeev by any chance did any of the companies you mentioned in your post have the business model and money making capibilities TSIG.COM has to offer its shareholders. Yes PP does not look good but if we do not need the whole 10 million from the PP all this BS discussion today is irrelevant. I for one hope what we herd only 2 million of the PP has been needed this far is a fact and that we will not need much more of the PP to get TSIG going to where it can survive on its own.

Mr Gordon its time to $hit and get off the pot now I am sick of hearing your trying to rid daytraders of TSIG stock when you just gave them another buying oppertunity as my buddy freak says LETS GET IT ON.
