You are correct.

TSIG has not "news spammed" even with agreements it HAS with other companies. As I recall, this NOT spamming created quite an argument as to TSIG's inability to promote itself properly.

But Zeev is also correct. This is a problem that has been abused by OTHER companies and therefore, news sources have had an ongoing debate as to whether or not companies can cross references to other mentioned companies in their releases.
