In response to the discovery of the adjustment in reported results, Mr. V. Hollis Scott, Chief Financial Officer, tendered his resignation which was accepted by the Company. Mr. Scott also resigned his Board of Directors seat, effective immediately. CFOs don't usually have to resign over "minimal" mistakes.

My Friend Robert: If one person post as 10 different ids on a board with 5 others posting as one.
