On it's face, it gives you pause. But replacing one Big Six firm with another is not a concern. If they were replacing their auditors with someone nobody knew, then that's a different story.

I agree this is strange. On a hunch I checked the old MFS filings to see who their auditors were. It was actually Coopers which later merged with Price Waterhouse. So LVLT's CFO and a good portion of the management team go pretty far back with Coopers, but have dumped them and gone with Andersen.
