Suzanne,

"The interesting thing here is that the market will tell us who is right. In 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years the market will declare the winners."

I believe in less than 6 months we'll have our answer. Sink or swim. By that time all the financial horrors belabored for the past 2-3 days will have transpired, or, they will be a past worry.

I think things will work out. I've never understood much of what has been talked about these past days, the intracacies of PPs, etc.; never had an interest or vested reason. My recent education, harrowing at times, is much farther along, thanks to the many posters who obviously have a good understanding of such matters. I've never worn blinders regarding TSIG.com's precarious financial status, but admittedly, my eyes have not seen as clearly as they now do.

What I also see in TSIG.com, also now more clearly than ever, is considerable potential, a perhaps not unique business model as regards the MusicCard and other similar Cards, but one distinct enough, and one to be exploited on a grand enough scale so as to set TSIG.com apart from, I believe, any existing company, e-commerce involved or not.

I see revenues generated from the teleservices division that should rid TSIG.com of debt, make the company profitable, and make unnecessary additional draughts from the poisoned cauldron.

I also see a peer-acknowledged e-commerce genius hanging his well-recognized shingle in Silicon Valley, and I'm sure many of his past acquaintances have been notified.

I know for a fact that Golin-Harris was asked by certain TSIG.com investors to give a good hard look at our company, its management, where its been and progress made to date, and TSIG's potential. I know that TSIG's books did not escape perusal. I know that Golin-Harris does not need TSIG's money; G-H chooses its clients, not the other way around. G-H on board, to me, is a huge vote of confidence.

And I know we have talented management.

In less than six months we will have our answer.

Everyone is responsible for their own financial decisions. I'm holding fast.

Now I'm going to color easter eggs with my kids.

Best, Tim

PS: Kindly disregard spelling errors.

Hi Suzanne and ALL,

Thanks for putting up a great intelligent post (as usual), Suzanne.

<<So who is right? Ditchdigger/Hed/Berger or the longs (REW, Marty, slaffe, Jazzbo, Mski)? The interesting thing here is that the market will tell us who is right. In 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years the market will declare the winners! Stay tuned.>> IMO, you couldn't be more accurate... and I have put my money where my mouth is! You're right... time will tell, but quite frankly, I've never felt more comfortable with a company. Suzanne, in contrast to many of the posters, many years ago (back in the early '70's) I was the founder and Chairman of the Board of a public company whose stock went from $2.00 on the IPO to $16.00 one year later... all without the internet and its inherent opportunities for manipulation (both up or down). Due to a bad heart attack, and finally listening to my own cardiologist, I resigned from the Board and any position in the company (I ended up with two more heart attacks and underwent open heart surgery by Mike DeBakey in Houston in 1981 and have been great ever since... guess it shows that going to the best does payoff). So I believe I know where Rob Gordon is coming from... even though we have never met before. As the old expression goes... been there, done that. IMHO, he has done a masterful job of taking this startup/turnaround company to new heights in an extremely short time with its innovative and unique game or business plan, the bringing in of top upper management leaders, and the signing of deals and alliances. The stock price? IMO, time will take care of that and, again IMO, those who are willing to do their DD (in total and not just an item here or there) and wait for the revenues to flow will be more than justly rewarded.

I have been following the thread looking for questions, but instead have found everyone's attention diverted by the three "amigos". One who has posted continuously without ever responding to a question asked of him and who we suddenly find has posted to his friend Zed on another thread to determine if what he has already posted on the TSIG thread is valid. Then there's the other one who says absolutely nothing and does nothing but violate SI rules as to number of posts he is allowed... and his response to questions is also lacking. Lot's of one liner gibberish with no substance. And then, of course, there's the "guru meister" who has no time to do any DD, but has plenty of time to post. If his intentions were truly to do his "civic" duty, it seems more logical to me that he would look at the entire picture of TSIG. Instead he responds to posters and questions with more "holier than thou" statements... of course still avoiding answering questions. For some reason I just can't believe the members of the thread are responding to this overtly transparent tag team. Does anyone really believe they are here to help you with your DD? They may quiet down a little now, but wait until tomorrow night before the market opens. The odds, IMO, are they will be back.

<<Marty is going to St. Pete—to make the pilgrimage as he says. BTW, have we posted all the questions we want him to ask? I suspect that Marty is going to do more than simply ask questions and listen. I suspect that a man whose messages average 2+ screens in length is also planning on doing some talking. Oh, to be a fly on the wall!>>

Thanks, Suzanne, for posting that again. I wish someone would go back to my post when I said I was going to the home office and go to the first post after that with questions and just continue to add to it so all the questions are on one final post. I am working on a laptop as my main server totally crashed over a week ago and it is in for service... hence I won't have an easy job collating all the separate posts and printing them out. If anyone is up to it... it would certainly be appreciated. Unfortunately, the three members of the tag team did a good job of diverting attention away from thread members getting some answers to their questions.

Many thanks again, Suzanne,... and to all who are serious long-term investors who want some answers to some questions. I know I have some of my own, but they pertain more to the mechanics of execution to produce a rapid rampup in revenues and cashflow than to the things that have occupied this thread for the past few days... although a clarification of these items is certainly on the agenda.

In closing, let's hope they are courteous hosts and give me a welcome present with a dynamite PR. I have my own personal feelings as to where the selling has been coming from... and it's not from insiders, officers, the PP holders, etc.. If anyone has done their DD seriously and in detail they have seen that quite some time ago certain outside parties were given a lot of freely trading stock... and these people are no longer affiliated with the company and some have serious problems (unrelated to TSIG) of their own. I will make no further comment about this until and if I can back it up with facts.

Be Right!!!... Stay Tight!!!

Best always,

Marty
