Did you know that there is a 128bit encryption patch (260K) for ie that you can get from download.com? It doesn't say what version ie it's for, but I would guess it would work on 4 or 5. I realize you probably can't download it from where you are, but maybe you can get someone to email it to you... Afterall, you were using it before.
