Ish, I think its the new American culture of "I don't care about you...fck yu!!!" Kind of stuff. The only thing that makes college students riot these days is if they take Jerry Springer off the TV in the dorm lounge. As for your remark about the draft being what it would take to make everyone wake up, I think you are right and that day is not far away. Bill Clinton has reduced the armed forces to the point where a large land invasion of Kosovo would be impossible, unless of course we brought back the draft so that we could pick up the 500,000 bodies we would need to win a large ground campaign on the ground. Further more, we would need to keep "peacekeepers" on the ground indefinitly. Typical Democratic stupidity in war, slowly escalate the war thereby maximizing the casualties, bring back the draft, get in so deep that the Republicans have to take over and of course they end up getting the blame like Nixon did for the Viet Nam fiasco. Gotta love the Woodstock groovies! -John
