Right now,after taking this Kosovo mess as far as he is taking it, I couldn't predict anything about the guy. I supported the guy in all his scandals but now I believe he is a loose cannon and very dangerous.

On Iraq, I am surprised it hasn't happened yet UNLESS the Iraqis were "bought" by promises of ending the sanctions soon...All the participants in this "operation" and the ones against it are reaping incredible benefits for their own national interests behind the scenes IMHO. The Chinese can see WTO, the Russians can extract lots more billions from IMF (to be mostly siphoned off by the Russian Mafia again), the Italians and the Greeks are extracting a lot (I hope)...I am telling you everyone is having a field day on this except the Serb and the Kosovar civilians, the KLA, the families of the 3 US soldiers and Clinton's cabinet<g>
