They did put out a press release telling ever one what was going on. I doubt you will have any success with the company. IF there is a bad guy here it would be the market makers them selves who allowed trading to countinue . To many unanswered questions on this one. That's why I sold for a handsome profit on Thursday. The company laid it all out for the stock holders. It was there for all to see. A similar thing happened with a company called GBFE> Disney is going to buy them out. But the stock holders are not getting anything out of it. I think the stock holders WILL get something out of this one though.

For what it is worth this is My thoery. The Market Makers got Caught napping on this one. They loaded up big time when they heard about the SPRINT DEAL. They had all sorts of inventory. They get the word from HARTQ that the old shares are being cancelled. Rather then halt the stock they let it run more day so they can get there money out. I put a market order to sell my shares at the open. They sold at .14 at 1005 while the BID was at .20. These bastards kept raising the Bid but not letting anyone sell. They kept bringing in new investors at Inflated prices so the could come out even. On this deal. If you think that Market Makers in the BB world would never do such a thing then you have allot to learn. I'm afraid that if you are going to sue anyone it would have to be the 15 Market Makers.
