There was no shelter. There were no toilets. There WAS garbage and filth ... everywhere. Thanks to the superb planning of NATO, but as they say, they did prepare for this right? Remember before the bombs started falling all these people were living in their homes. >My hat goes off to those who throw themselves into the middle of these situations to get that one loaf of bread to those that need it. Their hearts truly are big. Their compassion knows no bounds. I agree with you 100%. I couldn't do it myself... Be safe.
