I have no idea as to legitimacy--I just passed on a link. I thought they were just fishing for early orders, kind of a reserve your phone now deal. Since ERICY is not even starting on their phones until 90 days prior to service, they obviously can't sell them. It's worth a call to Americomm on Monday.
