Hi, all. I'm hoping to go to Macedonia myself in a week or so to lend whatever assistance I can to the refugees there. If anyone has information that would be helpful to me (on groups currently there who could use my help, updates on the situation in the refugee camps -- and thanks to Rory for his wonderful post on that -- info on any other individuals planning to go over there, etc.) please email me at k_refugees@hotmail.com

Note that I'm not interested in political viewpoints and/or military strategy...just information pertaining to the refugees.

Thanks,

Rose (you can also PM me here on SI if that's simpler for you)

>Was that what the Serbs told those folks in Bosnia and Croatia before they put a bullet through their head and rolled them into a mass grave?

Have you ever thought that these graves were equal opportunity graves?
And what the heck did you expect, a funeral with the latest casket from Service Corp International (interesting stock by the way) when the region has been under trade sanctions for years heh?

>Indulge yourself in the fantasy that Serbs aren't committing genocide if you must but don't expect the rest of us to buy into it.

I don't expect you to buy anything, I am presenting the other side, something you don't get easily these days by our tabloid journalists. If this was genocide, why would they let all the Albanians leave and not kill them on the spot? Rwanda, wasn't that the mother of all genocides, why didn't we respond with some humanitarian missiles there too?

>As far as the protests in Greece, the KKE has proven time and again that it can organize protests for anything anti-American at the drop of a hat. That's nothing new.

I agree, nothing new. I can't stand these guys either but the bombing, as long as it goes on, would make people join them rather than leaving them....and that is scary.

>It's about time for them to unleash their incompetent but bloodthirsty terrorist branch, the 17 November group.Maybe they can bomb a US built trash dumpster or something.

First, 17 November group is only suspected (remotely at best) of being associated with KKE. It is probably a couple of lunatics, like the Unabomber (let's see how many years it took to catch him?), and they will one day be caught hopefully at the absence of heavy trash dumpster casualties.
