dwight: have you had the opportunity yet to download and review gmgc's 10-K? over 400 pages, but it contains a fair about of "beef." (BTW, yesterday's filing on the $20M financing deal is also available for download and review on freeedgar.) for example, although redacted to protect certain confidential terms and conditions, the intuit and qwest agreements are available to digest. there is also quite a bit of interesting info on gmgc's patent activities, second generation agent tech, an "Internet appliance" to which gmgc has apparently expended substantial resources, european and asian market plans, etc., etc. i have not had an opportunity to read but bits and pieces of it, but i am encouraged by what i have read to date....
