Donald F. Fuller; Yes, SEG is vertically integrated but lately they have out sourced some of their parts. They can manufacture all of their parts but do let out some of it because they find it less expensive or more efficient in terms of keeping the number of employees down OR improves their timing to market, I guess. Declining? Nothing of the sort. The DD makers are shipping more units than ever. However, there is the problem of margins being squeezed because of too many players. SEG has also lost some of its market share to the new entries and slow time to market with new products. PHOTOMAN
