I got an Email from HARRIS and I don't like it. He is basiclly saying that they are going to still try to get a deal with ISSM And that they are also going ahead with the filing of there OWN Public company. So what he is telling me is that DATA POWER will survive one way or the other. That he does not NEED ISSM. So it would seem to me that my suspicions are correct. The PR that we got was a way of letting the People at ISSM and the public at large know that they don't need ISSM. If we don't get a deal soon this goose is cooked!

I pissed Harris Off enough to give me some REAl indication of what the deal is. He will not talk to me any more but such is life. He told me that they have not changed there mind to hook up with ISSMD. That this new financing of the Brazilian Telco has added a few more wrinkles. One the particulers are in place we will move forward. I'm not selling and I'm not buying any more either.
