IMVHO...Hmmmmmm....That is a very, very, very large Hmmmmmm. bit of news. Lost a little? SEC wants the rest of the world to become the holder of the bag if there work is not done right is the way I'm reading it.

This says little for the rules and regs set by the SEC. They should think more of this one as it's passing the buck.

That was a good imformative post til you just had to put that rag stock detective in there....they have had their own share of SEC problems. I would not trust anything they had to say.
