Well, I'm glad to hear that the report is not from a pump and dump firm.

You cannot compare TSIS to the Internet companies that trade at ridiculous valuations. The Internet stocks tend to have small floats, are constantly in the news, and are being traded by many thousands of retail investors. The retail investors have seen how such stocks trade up by 50-100% or more in a short time, so they see such stocks as a way to get rich quick. This momentum type trading feeds on itself which is why some of those stocks have gone up 1000% or more. However, these stocks are also subject to 50% or more corrections, too. The Internet stocks trade in a world of their own.

TSIS, on the other hand, is in a relatively mundane business and they don't have any really exciting technology. It promises to do well in the future, but there is just no way that it can grow as fast as the Internet stocks.

This report basically supports my previous analysis of this great company

What previous analysis was that Skip? Still waiting to see any "analysis" in support of your wild price projections.

And he said she said they said is becoming your trademark. And recently just before accelerated selling.

If this "report" exists it would have been much more valuable to present some of the assumptions than to put yourself and a reputable investment firm at risk. But who said they were reputable?

I've been awake all along, I guarantee you.

As for: "First of all, I have been buying TSIS for over 16 months now. The report was given to me last week."

It matters not a whit how long you have or have not been buying this stock. What matters is whether you buy or sell *any* shares after having been given information which has not been released to the general public.

You were given this information, knowing that it had not yet been released to the public. If you bought or sold any shares subsequent to reading that report (or quite possibly to even knowing that the report was in the offing) the SEC will take a dim view of your actions.

As my Fifth Grade Teacher, Miss Pritzlaff used to say: "Zip your lip!"

And please do not try to pile hype upon hype in justifying your actions.

Voluntary disclosure: I remain long in TSIS. I am concerned only about the very risky behaviour on your part, and not upon whether the report is valid or not.
