AR, As you know, I've had a lot of problems with Chuzz as he seems incapable of reading an article correctly or thoroughly and the fact that he called me a liar because I have said ability. <g> However, I totally agree with him on the options scam.

The action (referred to in the article) is good news and long overdue, IMO. Repricing is a screw to shareholders.

It isn't a great system (the option award incentive) even when it is done right -- e.g. cos taking on debt to repurchase shares. How many times have I heard Zeev tell others that this was the best use of IBM's money? Heck maybe it is true given management's ability ... <ng>
