1. people know things we do not, and they are bad, very baddddddd.

i think we can discount this theory, since we have seen information
posted here (go.com), that has not been released or the prodigy
announcement coming soon to a news release.

2. over bought and idtc is due to correct.

its current p/e is high for a phone company with margins being
squeezed on the phone side. stock price does not correlate to
the earnings in this sector. with no knowledge of the internet side
this would be a valid argument, combined with the fact the spinoff
will be accreditive to the phone side.

3. april expirations

the price must be kept at an expected level for the april expirations.
way to early to worry about the final price for april, this won't
begin to occur until 7-10 days prior to expiration.

4. people think idtc is a dog with fleas.

it has gone down previously from this level and will do so again,
check the charts, they do not lie, they just get misinterpreted.

5. some sort of arbitrage (my choice).

those who have large positions in the stock have taked out a
protective hedge in case the spinoff does not occur or some bad
news comes along prior to spinoff and this protects some of the
larger gains. this also keeps some pressure on the stock so as to
allow for accumulation at low prices. we shall also see a close
out of the short positions and an "orchastrated" squeeze forcing the
stock price up, and the accumulated shares + already purchased
shares to rise.

as for mr. big (if i missed your guess please repost i was on vacation
and only got a max of 30 minutes on the net a day, and many time less)
