That info should be in their 10k. I don't remember the specifics.

You must be researching the wrong company when you make a statement like >>>>THIS COMPANY HAS GONE FROM A FAILING REAL ESTATE CONCERN <<<<
Please tell me how they were a Failing Real Estate concern?
1. The property in Irvine CA was leased for 25 years, the lease ran out and UTDL got $4,000,000.00 from the Irvine Company for not playing the game fair. They were awarded $46,000,000.00 by an all lady jury. The Judge complemented the jury for their good
2. The have 50% ownership in property in Las Vegas, rented with the Silver City Casino, and shopping center.
3. They have two summer days camps and three play centers.

Where is the failed RE concern? True, this is a new direction for the company. I am glad to see it.

Harry Shuster wanted to expand the company's base, so he went out and found (or developed, I don't know which) the best Internet (PAV) video available. Notice that Turner Broadcasting, a Time Warner company bought the PAV?

CD's will be distributed (expect free), when you log on, the Internet controls the CD to deliver the video.

PS.....looks to me you put your statement in all caps to knock down the stock for a better buy price for yourself.
