They are very responsive with on-line executions, and their customer support is very good...When I first came to DLJDirect two years ago, their customer relations people were a bit on the cold side, although efficient...They wised up and are now excellent, attentive, and pleasant to deal with...

DLJD executions have been pretty good.....at times they are slow, but usually not - am frequently able to split the spread... I have had much less success with them with options. They seem to be very slow there and splitting the spread is unusual....

Customer service depends on who you get on the phone. Usually, if the guy on the phone can't/won't fix it, a supervisor usually can or will. On the couple of occasions when there have been problems that were their screw ups, they have made it right, one way or the other.

Their e-mail system and response time sucks.... you might have to wait on the phone for a while sometimes, but it is better than days of waiting for an e-mail response.

Their automated phone system is nice when I am out of town and want to keep up with things.

Just my thoughts...
