Lou, I have shared my source, it is the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, I was able to contact them, and so should you. After all, if ZSUN investors are so "smart" to "get in early" surely they are smart enough to find out about a major government agency in one of the countries ZSUN does business in, maybe even using "searchdragon" or some other wonderful ZSUN product like "mfinance" As I have stated before, I hold emails to be private conversations, and I will not violate anyone's privacy. I have given you all the information you need to confirm the facts. It is not my fault if people are too lazy to go out and confirm for yourselves. To be fair, I am trying to make a point here. Many people are willing to believe ZSUN's press releases on face value. Very few are willing to actually investigate. Due Dilligence is not reading a company's PR. Due Dilligence is calling/writing/emailing/meeting customers, competitors, regulators, etc. So, this is a lesson in due dilligence, and here is this weekend's homework: To confirm the facts, you will need to find the address and phone number of the HKSFC. This is not a tough assignment (I give it a degree of difficulty of 1.5) Hints: Use a search engine, one provided by your own precious ZSUN, or just a plain old "built in the USA" one, and see if you can find the HK SFC's address, phone number, email or web page. Once you find that information, call them (they speak English), the money you spend on the call is the cost of the DD. But what if you are on a budget, you ask, well then write them a letter (cheaper), or send them an email (virtually free). More Hints: To narrow down your search, the events I have told you about happened in 1999. So, we are not studying ancient history, we are learning current events. It's funny, but if you go out and get the info, on any company, like I do, you will end up having certainty, which is why I can sleep soundly at night, knowing I am never long a scam, and why no matter where the price of a scam goes in the short term, scams eventually go where they belong. Don't rely on others, FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF. Buyer Beware!
