The problem is that unless TSIG takes advantage of the 2 1/2%/month clause, the conversions can begin in earnest on April 15 as I read the filing. Thus, concerns about the floor ar far more imminent than those about the ceiling. If the PP holders think the company is a good investment, they will be likely to convert asap at as low a price as possible to get as many shares as they can.

I sure hope that RG takes advantage of the 2.5% clause but that has its own dangers.
