If people on this thread recall, after the previous to last earnings announcement, a post by Forbes in which he defended the earnings, very vigorously. That post was followed by a Del Y. post saying that Forbes should have been with him arguing to his own BOD members about the earnings outcome.

If Forbes was for real (not another alias for Del -- which I don't think so because I did run into him once on another thread) and if the posts from Del were for real (i.e. not someone impersonating him) then this may indicate that there were frictions indeed between Del and the BOD. So, it may still be that the company wanted him out and they are covering up in front of the analysts, at this time.
