Really amazing, isn't it, PB? Here's a little more. Your gonna LOVE it: Montal questioning Sylver, determined that the March 31, 98 10-Q and 10-K was done in Septermber or October by Accountant Joseph Zirga. They do not show the Mann promissory notes, which should have been a receivable at that time. The reason, according to Sylver: "The notes were marked void and given to the attorneys. They were marked void. They didn't exist. They were all bogus. Because of the Andy Mann lawsuit, they didn't exist. And the Accountant felt that they didn't exist, so he didn't enter them into the 10-Q or the 10-K." A moment later... Q (Montal): Mr. Sylver, this document purports that Amazon told the SEC that there were no legal proceedings that were applicable... A: The 10-Q is an unaudited statement. It's the 10-K you need to look at if you want to find factual information... Blows you away, doesn't it?
