Sorry, Jacq, but you are misinterpreting again.
Shareholders voted for what was either $0 or a chance of possibly getting something by voting for the exchange of common into warrants.
The lesser of two evils.
The dissenters who think that they deserve more or think they have nothing to lose are probably the parties of the class action.
There's always someone to blame!
