Look, try to be reasonable. We only got access to it today. More than 800 pages. Please be patient. But, snicker, here's a Good One: Q (Montal): Mr. Sylver, this document purports that Amazon told the SEC that there were no legal proceedings that were applicable... A: The 10-Q is an unaudited statement. It's the 10-K you need to look at if you want to find factual information... Emphasis mine, of course. Why the judge didn't throw this idiotic suit outta court months ago mystifies me.
