Guy is an idiot and knows nothing about making war ... you have to declare one and kill people to win a war.

Everything is "peace-keeping" now ... yeah, as a soldier that is a great idea -- paint the bulls-eye right here, but don't let me take any agressive action to defeat the enemy. Military folks have to completely fed up with the rascal ...

Shouldn't have done anything if they didn't want to set up an independent state for Kosovo (except perhaps send the Albanians some arms to even things up a little) -- he has simply made it easy for the Serbs to kill more

I think the game's over. Yugo's have emptied Kosovo, we enabled their dirty work, they played us like a violin. It's sad. And I know our leaders didn't expect this, or else we would have had more tents, food, etc. ready for this mass influx of refugees.
