A thought, Market seems to be placing $400Mil on IPO at outset, this is without knowlege of "relationships/partnerships"? known and Once "deals" are factored in this # could go up... I'm just wondering as it dawned on me If the perceived value is 400Million, could this perhaps be a signal that indeed the market has a fair idea of the size of the offering and typically the offering range price is in the say 15-20 area pre-IPO, the value then gets elevated by "demand" and we could typically have N2P end up with a much larger market cap? 400Mil/$20 offering price would be 20Mil shares...yes I know this is speculation but, the street seems to already have this magic "$400Mil" # factored in... I do look at the "big" picture but, I also have to go with the bits of Information we have...... care to address this issue? Personally If there is an offering price of $20 for the shares to give us the perceived value of 400Mil then @ IPO if typical of today's valuation of 100% or more @ time of Open N2P could reach a Market Cap of 800Mil to 1 Bil on Issue and Of course If IDT retains a considerable portion say 1/3 that's an additional 300+ Mil in Market cap for IDT based on their "interest in N2P" which might give IDT a Market Cap of close to 7-800Mil themselves which is about a ~70% Increase in value? #'s are rough here and I'm just specualting of course but, you see where I'm going? IDT remains undervalued imho. comments please
