To make matters even worse, if that's possible, it appears from the chart that some people got wind of this restatement a little earlier than the rest of the innocent bystanders...Peter

Dear LWH: I am sure if a lawsuit happens you will read it on the thread. However, most likely only those who purchased AFTER that info was originally made available and up to the date it was retracted and the $2 shortfall disclosed would be eligible to participate. Dont know what the stock will do today but IMHO the companies outlook now is VERY BLEAK. JDN
