Phillip, If you will read the 10K it has 147 shareholders, which does not include those shares held in street name. Example: I am a shareholder, however my stock is held by Pershing. Not me as an individual. I am sure that there are quite a few shares held by Pershing. V$gas.Com

Phillip I think those are 147 shareholders that own stock out right( have certificates in hand) in the company not owned through a brokrage account. I personally do not count as a sahreholder on that list because I bought my shares through my Dean Witter account . I think we need that number to turn into 300 to make Nasdaq as well. I can be wrong but thats what I herd once David
