The day a few "heavy weights" decide to buy as many shares as are available from 4 to 10 is the day the manipulative shorts and hedgers will have their heads handed to them. Vivus is here to stay. It's only a matter of time now.

Less than one of 150 patented pharmaceuticals ever successfully reach the market. In fact, most Pharmas rarely PR the fact that they even receive a patent. The key steps after receiving a patent are: Is the product effective and safe according to Phase I,II, and III clinical trials... Is there a market for the product if it is approved?..What will be the competition?..Does the company have the resources to successfully market the product? BigKNY3
