For the last 6 months IIX has been leading and holding up the market as you have observed. At the moment, it appears to be the key component holding the market up. A triple from Oct. 8 fro 100 to 310 has produced a narrow run of very large winners. When this last index breaks, it will be like the nifty fifty of old the longest and strongest stumble last. I have been tracking it vey carefully for months.
