I'm not referring to insider selling , rather why the company sold 75 % of outstanding stock as recently as DEC.98 (10 mill.)for $1.50 share .The proceeds from the last 12 mill. sold still in the bank as of MAR. . WHY sell so cheap, when they obviously can use all the capital they can get. Did they sell too cheap or are people currently paying too much ? I think the latter, Godin himself recently sold stock in the $6.00 level. I don't think he / they miscalculated just never thought some false buy out rumor would surface and temporarily over price the stock..
