from the files of 'it is Great to be King' category.......from the 10-K...

Item 13. CERTAIN RELATIONSHIPS AND RELATED TRANSACTIONS

During 1998 the Company's Chairman and CEO, Dr. George Faris, loaned the Company an aggregate of $365,000 at an annual interest rate of 10% per annum. The Company repaid $100,000 in April 1998 and the remainder in the first quarter of 1999.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

well......geeezzz......aipn was really kickin it last year huh? So much in fact that they even borrowed money from their own CEO. That about covers it ...... they have now borrowed money from everyone I think. I see what ya mean now DR.....

Question.....why not borrow a few mill from the man and get that damn oil out of the ground? You know....all that black gold they are sitting on over there in Oz.....I mean Kaz. I'm sure one well would do it given they know where 'IT' is right? I'll stop.....

When in Doubt, Obfuscate!

<<I am curious, however, why you seem reticent to post stocks you are invested in and what are your investing strategies. It is easy if you review some of my posts to see my interests. You state that you have interest in falling knives? Which ones are you interested in. You have OIL background so lets see your picks.

Devil's advocate is great and I know already that you do not like AIPN as an investment, I can not blame you, but I am interested in where your money and mouth meet? No offense intended.>>

No offense taken. It's just not relevant to the topic at hand. Let's try to keep the conversation on topic, OK? Unless, of course, you'd rather not go there. ;^)

obfuscate \Ob*fus"cate\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. Obfuscated; p. pr. & vb. n. Obfuscating.] To darken; to obscure; to becloud; hence, to confuse; to bewilder.

"His head, like a smokejack, the funnel unswept, and the ideas whirling round and round about in it, all obfuscated and darkened over with fuliginous matter." -- Sterne.
