Jane, *OT* thanks for the tip on idtc. I pulled the 33 page SEC EDGAR Filings on IDT CORP and I am amazed at what they have done. (DGIV) has a ways to go if their going to catch up. I have a few shares of DGIV, however will watch idtc WITH anticipation!

No I do not smoke pot... I also do not criticize those that do...
