What am I missing?> Maybe my answer is too simple, but if the company makes it the make good money on the warrants. If they go bust they take the equipment and make the company give them their money back even if they have to wait in line in bankruptcy court. Payroll first, then Taxes Secured Creditors Unsecured Creditors forget it by the time they get to the stockholders :) BB
