Steve, interested in your opinion on TNRG and the proposed internet
spinoff. Currently, TNRG is selling for.33 and has aprox 69mil O/S
with a float of 40mil. The spinoff (TIPS) should be approved by the end of this month (SEC) and the share distribution to TNRG holders-
D.O.R. will be 1 share of TIPS for every 4 shares held of TNRG.

Steve: What is your opinion on the future of MP3 etc.? I know of this company www.musicmusicmusic.com(Radio Moi) which is going public but has MSFT trumped this technology with its new compression/tech etc. for audio???
