Perhaps CT Mkt Ptnr only recognizes board lot transactions. 400 shares is not a board lot. on April 1 there was a bid for more than 60 board lots at $.10. I think a board lot at this price is 500 shares although it might be 1,000 shares.

I haven't found a home page for AUU.

I think board lot sizes for VSE are 500 shares for prices < $1. As sqwint mentions, maybe your problems are due to odd lot sales.
