But if you insist on blindly misleading investors, with incorrect, redundant posts, then it's certainly of benefit to all if things can be clarified. You repeatedly posted that 99% of shares/shareholders voted in favor of the reorganization plan etc. Around and around you went but you never stated the obvious. Most outside shareholders don't bother sending in the proxies. Most probably long wrote it off and could care less. The stock was pretty much worthless anyway long before the vote. You post as if some earth-shattering, long-deliberated vote took place. It was a formality and nothing more. And again, all those who feel they have nothing to lose will glady join in the class action and let the lawyers try and pick the bones. Since you suggested I bypass your posts, here's my advice to you and others who partake in similar activity Instead of repeatedly displaying outbursts of emotion, save us all the the needless clicks and limit your posts to more thought out, rational comments. Half of your posts are valuable and that's what makes SI what it is. Also, you really should not be investing your hard earned money in penny stocks if you feel a need to blame David Sirk for your losses. I know nothing about him, but I do know I would never make any investing decision based on one anonymous person's remarks. If David alone convinced you to buy HARTQ or if you think that he doesn't care about his investments more than yours, then rethink your strategy. I will not bother responding because I think the point has been made and now needs no further discussion. I'll get back to the thread's subject Good luck Jon
