.... Hyundai/LG is still hunting for money to go sub-0.25um ... The Fab in Eugene is set up to run below.25um NOW. In Korea they already are and the Eugene Fab will also be doing .18um in less than 45 days. They have ordered several of the new ASML DUV steppers and already have some in place; I think they are getting one a month for 6 more months. There have been several posts of articles on this thread that talk of that. The assimilation of LG will give Hyundai an even more aggressive design.
